About Ro!
Roshawnda, 44, born in Rockledge, FL, and raised in San Antonio, TX, grew up in a working middle-class family. Her childhood was marked by emotional abuse and trauma, shaping her resilience and strong work ethic. In 2000, she moved to Houston, TX, to due to family changes and shifted her academic focus from kinesiology to business administration, ultimately building a successful career in property management and real estate. Her experiences with corporate america challenges motivated her pursuit of financial freedom and flexibility for her two children. Her pursuit of entrepreneurship began to uncover her challenges with unworthiness and family trauma which led her into mentoring young women and serving to help God's daughters see their purpose and gifts.
Outside of her career, Roshawnda is a single mom who enjoys exploring new restaurants and traveling. Committed to community and service, she volunteers with organizations like Orchid and serves on the board of Paper Pencil Pen and the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs. Her faith and passion for helping others drive her work, as she strives to leave a legacy of strength, independence, and wealth for her children and future generations.
